What Products Do You Use?

What you’d purchase at the store is what you’ll now find right at your door with your period box subscription because we’re totally here to make it easy!

With that in mind, we use multiple trusted brands from both large & local vendors (Always, Organyc, Summer’s Eve, Tampax, etc.) to ensure your satisfaction. 

Are Your Period Subscription Box Products Organic?

We DO have an Organic option for both our period subscription box the tampon AND pad boxes! Packed with all your essentials, you can totally skip the store run! Check it out here . 

For our standard Ultimate Rock Your Month Pad & Tampon boxes, products offer 100% cotton surfaces to support sensitive skin, they are not 100% organic.


How Fast Is Processing & Shipping?

Once we receive your order, we whip right to our Rock Your Month stations to have it processed & headed your way in 2 business days. From there, priority postal shipping takes *approximately 2-3 business days for delivery.

*Please be mindful of recent post office shipping adjustments due to COVID-19. Check out our FAQ on how it may impact your delivery!

How Has COVID-19 Affected Shipping?

Although our timeline for processing in 2 business days remains the same, postal shipping delays may occur due to volume & reduced postal staffing during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Do You Ship Outside of The U.S.?

Right now we ship our period subscription box and products to the United States (free with every box purchase) & Canada (shipping fees calculated at checkout), but we‘re working to expand our territory soon. Everyone deserves to rock their month!

Period Subscription Box Returns

Can I Return My Order?

Due to the sensitive nature of the products we offer, we cannot accept returns (for hygienic purposes). BUT we always want to keep a smile on your face, so reach out to us anytime & we’ll work to resolve any issue, guaranteed! You can send an email to or select our Messenger Chat!


How Do I Subscribe For An Ultimate R.Y.M. Box?

When purchasing a box, you’ll have the option for a one-time purchase or discounted monthly subscription; select monthly subscription. It’s just that easy!

Once you set up your account during checkout, you’ll be all set & ready to rock with auto-pay renewing monthly. And remember, you can make adjustments or cancel anytime!

When Will I Be Charged For My Period Subscription Box?

Once your initial subscription order is complete, your next box will auto-charge & ship every 30 days from your original date of purchase

If you need it sooner or even need to skip a month, update your request in your account profile or reach out to us & we’ll get you rocking in no time!

What Changes Can I Make To My Subscription?

Once you set up your monthly subscription profile, you can log into your account anytime to pause, cancel or complete the following:

  • Update your shipping address
  • Change personal/profile information 
  • Speed up your next order if you need it sooner
  • Add to your subscription 
  • Check your VIP points for discounts and free boxes
